Volunteer With Us
Volunteering with SJOG Foundation is a meaningful way to give your time, skills, and energy to support children and adults with intellectual disabilities, complex medical needs, and those accessing positive mental health services.
Whether you can give a few hours for an event or support us more regularly, your time helps us create more opportunities and deliver successful fundraising initiatives.
Ways You Can Volunteer
- Supporting fundraising events and activities
- Helping with event setup, coordination and running events on the day
- Many organisations provide employees with dedicated volunteer days each year. Encourage your organisation to get involved and make a difference today.
- Taking part in bag packing and collection days
- Supporting community or workplace fundraising activities
- Volunteering your professional skills, trades or expertise. Skilled tradespeople and professionals can make a valuable contribution, including painters and decorators, builders, plasterers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, maintenance teams and others with practical skills.
Your gift becomes part of a lasting legacy of care, compassion and inclusion.
But you don’t need to be a professional or have a particular skill to get involved. Whether you’re an individual, family, community group, school, sports club or workplace team, there are plenty of ways to lend a hand.
Give your time. Share your skills. Get involved in your community. Together, we can make a difference. Contact our volunteers team on hello@sjogfoundation.ie or 01-9135700 / 0874997053
