Artist Kasia Tomaszewska and her mum Dorota

Artists from Sunbeam House Services and St John of God Community Services have an exhibition underway at Signal Arts Centre called ‘Thoughts On Paper, Canvas & Cloth’.

The opening reception took place last Sunday afternoon, and the show will continue until Sunday, September 24.

The exhibition presents a visual feast for the senses. Most of the artists have been attending the School House for Art in Enniskerry every Wednesday for art, skill and technique-based workshops with artists Fiona O’Farrell and Eithne Griffin.

Other artists also included in this exhibition have attended in the past and everyone is delighted to be involved again.

The weekly art practice involves conscious learning of artistic techniques and sub-conscious learning of social skills.

The work is fresh, vibrant and contemporary in nature and the artists have brought tremendous enthusiasm to their pieces.
